Actual size does not match their sizing informationDecember 14, 2008 I bought 2 of the 12month sized suits for my 11month old who is about 29"-30" in height and around 19lbs. The merchant size link for The Children's Place indicate their 12month size cloths are meant for infants that are 27"-29" and 18-22lbs (http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/seller/custom.html?ie=UTF8&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&isCBA=&productInformation=1&asin=B001GHWYFK&seller=A3JI3C11GUW6OM&isPopup=&page=0).
But when I got the suits that are labelled 12months, they are way bigger. ANKLE to SHOULDER is about 25-26". Since my son do have feet, I also measured SOLE to SHOULDER - 28-29". And also thankfully he has a head, so if you add the head size (measuring the hood) it adds up to 34-37"!!!!!!! puffer snowsuit

This is perfect for my 9 month old! The mittens and booties conveniently detach and the fuzzy lining is nice and comfy.
